This educational community event sought to re-invent immigration narratives through programming that centered stories of young female immigrants through a multi-media exhibition and a self-produced documentary short. Included live music performances, slam poetry, speeches from students, local vendors, food, a silent auction and an open bar. This event welcomed 250+ guests at a sold-out capacity and raised over $6000 for organization. Managed all aspects of creative production in collaboration with a team including event design, curation of creative components, promotion, and execution.
