An Eastside Evening with Magna Carda (September 2023, Austin, Texas USA)
PietschHouse hosted this one-night, intimate show at The Future Front House on Saturday, September 9th featuring a photography exhibition by three local imagemakers (Mariah Howard, Yvonne Uwah, Darnell Griffiths), a special conversation with Austin’s Eastside Riders, local cocktails by Desert Door Texas Sotol, desserts by Joaihu Chocolate, and an up-close and personal musical performance by Magna Carda. PietschHouse Art and Music Showcase (November 2021, Austin, Texas USA)
The Austin Studio Tour introduces the public to new ways of experiencing art and the creative practices of artists around our city. In 2021 the studio tour combined the former East and West Austin Studio Tours into one citywide event presented across three weekends in November. This showcase featured four official artist stops from the EAST tour. Co-Directed the PietschHouse Showcase - a four day, two weekend art and music showcase in collaboration with Calton Cases that featured 30 exhibiting artists, 19 music performances, 2 food trucks, and free local beverages. Between both weekends we saw over 1,900+ guests.
